難得的台中路跑經驗,而且還環高美濕地,與風車共跑,讓我興奮了一整晚。開跑前15分鐘人才開始聚集,和台北路跑差異頗大,所以排到很前面,開跑後前25K大致保持5.30/KM的速度,但是隨著太陽升起,氣溫逐漸攀升,25K後逐漸感到疲勞,開始掉速,30K右小腿偶發性抽筋,跑跑走走,35K後大腿抽筋,走多跑少,4hr24min完賽,成績差強人意。看來耐熱度要再加強了。
