這次自己配速策略錯誤,輕忽了賽道起伏較大,沒有按照自己習慣的方式進行,A/B標相繼失守,只有達成無痛完賽的C標。

這個結果說不難過不失望是騙人的,但會記取這次的經驗並化做下個週期的動力,繼續努力。
不過也不是沒有收穫,若以半馬而言,這個配速策略則是成功的。或許下半年可以找一場賽事試著在正式比賽中進到97-98分台看看。
