最近跑馬前一晚總是輾轉難眠😔。
起跑下起陣雨,路面窟窿積水、東閃西躲,穿著輕便雨衣跑(佛心的主辦準備的👍),跑了約莫2、3K雨婷了,空氣清新、涼爽宜人,是個跑馬的好天氣,只是穿著雨衣身體、衣服都被汗水濕透了,開心遇到了支援交管的家治教練,追上慢一點粥董、池爺、阿嘉就一起跑,半馬過後再遇到了麗紅姐、香雪、怡佩、吉發哥、三角錐阿伯謝大哥…好多跑友開心😃,只是睡眠不足,跑的好累、好痛苦啊😖,終點里程不足,領完獎牌在會場補足里程數。
謝謝主辦單位貼心的準備熱薑茶、鹹粥😋好吃,謝謝辛苦的交管志工們,謝謝豐慢碳酸飲料,尤其特別謝謝賽道蜂跑組的熱茶補給暖心暖胃🙏,讓我後半段還能跑的起來,謝謝賽道跑友們互相加油鼓勵。😊😊
