前面30還有跑在目標內,連續下坡膝蓋有點感覺,就放慢速度,看到跑友下坡全開好羨慕,折返點後身體不舒服的感覺越來越嚴重,走了一段在35補給站前吐了,更沒力了!拖著疲憊的腳步走大魔王坡,到乾媽店補沙士咖逼蠻牛,總算回血,最後3公里總算可以跑起來,最後保住五小時。
會嘔吐應該是熱到,幾次在跑全馬嘔吐,都是因為天氣太熱的關係。
