2015田中馬,好熱好熱⋯真是辛苦的一場馬!
但還好⋯腿恢復很快
為何Garmin只有40.2K? 不懂?????
第一馬 2014田中馬 549 初馬興奮,但腿痠痛三天。
第二馬 2015新竹馬 503 興奮愉快,但練不夠,所以腿也痠痛三天。
第三馬 2015田中馬 549 好熱,差點熱衰竭,但因為太熱,怕不舒服未警覺,28K以後,就依心律超過180就用走的,走走停停,還好平安完賽。腿竟然在跑完1個多小時後就沒事了,今早看到樓梯,還是直接爬上去。只是全身熱呼呼的感覺,一直到今早醒來才退卻....。聽說有17人熱衰竭送醫,真的很危險>< 賽前宣言: ^^ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 126~154 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 154~173 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 173~179 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 179~190 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 190~195 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為195 點此去設定最大心率 |
