今天天氣很冷,
本來想說放棄瑜珈跑步身體應該會熱一些,
結果想法錯了...越跑越冷,
一開始打算用0420的速度撐完20K,
但是身體一直熱不起來,
於是稍稍加速一些,
到5K才把外套脫掉,
結果10K後就好像失溫的感覺,
雙手冰的跟什麼一樣,
嘴巴也因為冷空氣而乾燥,
但還不至於到口渴想喝水的地步,
就沒停下來喝水,
腳的狀況還可以就撐完20K,
跑後去洗臉的時候發現,
汗水已經化成鹽巴染白了眉毛!!
好誇張~~
