除了第一個佐倉步道
還能稍微跑步
第二個月眉米棧古道
也幾乎只能走
尤其是最後一個82K處的鯉魚山
更是爽
越野等級
腐爛的台階
充滿青苔的石頭
短短4公里爬升600
走了一個多小時
上去只是腳酸
下來才是危險
一不小心就會有重傷的可能
這次走路浪費了不少時間
不是跑不動
而是有些地方沒辦法跑⋯哈哈
我感覺比貓貍還有南橫
難跑多了
而且還跑錯了路線
多跑了幾百公尺
哈哈哈哈😂
不過還是制霸洄瀾了❤️
也是難忘的經驗👍
