三個星期沒跑步,跑前一樣擔心腳的問題,不知道能不能跑,所以就慢慢跑,沒想到前30公里也還好,是有點累,但腳好像沒緊繃的現象,今天回家再慢慢跑看看,真希望腳能快點好,否則鎮西堡有點危險,即使跑80公里,也是會很累,不過在這之前,應該先練肌力,最近腳的力量真的不夠,多爬樓梯練深蹲,只剩3個星期了,加油....
