2016新年馬,一場波折的硬陡馬!
原本是104年8月份的賽事,接連因颱風兩度延期,變了105年的賽事,賽道也因風雨無情而必需調整,也讓親身參與賽事的我們目睹大自然的力量,更讓我們體誤需要用更慈悲的心去善待天地間的萬事萬物,否則遭殃的還是我們自己,以後就沒有這麼美的賽道可以漫步其間了!(賽後聽聞主辦單位說本場也是本賽事最後一屆了,聽到真令人傷心!)
賽事起跑點設於碧潭東岸廣場,算是場中型賽事(因為路線有難度,所以有報名門檻的關係吧),7點左右出發,先沿著東岸繞到陽光公園,再過橋到對河對岸,約莫9K時離開河岸,轉進山林,就此展開一段陡了又抖的艱辛路程。還好今天天氣狀況良好,沒太陽,又漫步在山林間,沿途補給的食物多樣而充裕,冷熱飲都有,就當成又一次登山健行之旅(唯有如此才能轉移坡坡相連到天邊的負面情緒)。
56K組後半段的路線得繞2次,32K組的就繞1次,當努力爬呀爬呀,終於爬到至高點時,媽啊!待會還要重頭爬一遍,心裡不禁暗暗幹譙,幹嘛自找罪受,唉~這好像都是跑馬人都會有的自相矛盾心理。
沒漏氣也有多位伙伴參與,因路線有折返點,所以沿途都會照面至少2次,大伙都埋頭爬呀爬,開心吃啊吃,也算是另一種的歡樂馬。大會在山頂折返點還特地準備有香腸、泡麵等熱食替選手補充體力,所以大部分的人都會此停留一段較長時間,我也不例外,尤其有熱食可以吃,真是太棒了!
