80KG級,到35KM處都還有機會達成賽前目標03:3X,可惜最後仍不敵汗水流失所造成的快要抽筋感,雖然最後穩下來沒抽筋,但速度只能慢下來,甚至走了幾百公尺,來延緩可能抽筋的問題,下次再來挑戰吧!
本次仍然採純天然補給,每5KM喝水及運動飲料,每10KM吃香蕉,25KM後,甚至每2.5KM,看到有啥補啥,不過可能仍然不足,才會有抽筋感,也有可能訓練仍需長期維持,下次再調整看看。
賽前宣言: 原定目標破4,歷經初馬的配速,可以試試全程配速0510,看能否達成03:3X的目標。
