今天一大早就騎機車出發...
到了會場就先去改名字...
遇到建宏兄也來跑...
聊了一下感覺不錯...
今天本來就打算來慢慢跑...
一開跑不久果然硬陡...
索性爬坡用大步走的方式...
爬很大有點像是來爬山的...
代跑不用跑太快也不想太累...
花了很長的時間才到至高點...
回程下坡有加點速度...
因為太久了也是很累...
今天遇到馬場狗...
黃檸檬...
原來他已經快百馬了...
先別說狗狗這樣跑好不好...
但他一路跟著他主人跑的精神...
忽然覺得好感人...
