一起跑就是快5公里緩上坡到鰲峰山公園
中間都是比較平緩的路到高美濕地
前一晚睡不好 只睡1.2個小時
中間26公里左右跑跑走走到快30公里狀況才回來
跑在自行車道上看著稻田好舒服
總里程是42.7公里 還好還有在4:11回到終點
破了pb 3分鐘😆 女C組分1完賽
