今天是5月1日,天氣竟然還有點冷,今年的天氣真是奇怪,去年是5月3日在新竹跑,熱得要命,今年下著雨,天氣涼爽,但風不大,有點悶,整個賽道幾乎幫閉,住那裡今天要出去,應該很麻煩吧,封得有點太徹底,其實應該不需要才對...今天跑得其實還蠻順的,幾乎就是以往跑進430的策略,前3小時跑29公里以上,4小時38公里以上,可惜最後5公里遇到紅燈,再跑,竟然跑不動,所以速度就掉下來了,否則應該可以跑進420的...還要再加油...
