| 中規中矩的好天氣、路線棒,
台北馬一直是品質很好的比賽,
賽前狀況已經知道今年還沒到三小時內程度,但還是打算以4:15配速來跑,
阿元、阿Sir、阿懋、小童一起出去,
以4:10~4:15前進,
過25後漸漸掉到4:20
36K崩掉,最後3K快抽筋時阿Sir上來把我帶回終點,
後段狀況還是很多,
有可能是能量膠只吃兩條補不夠,
至少我已經回到目標配速範圍,
