這場30K後出現下腹疼痛的狀況,好久沒有這樣了,也許前幾天吃太多有關吧~再者也是體重沒有控制好,不能再這樣下去了,尤其接連員工旅遊、聚餐、過年,去年體重飆升的慘狀不能再重蹈覆轍~警惕!
今天也很兩光,跑到一半才發現忘了貼胸貼,雖然路邊攔下機巡人員補貼,但流汗根本貼不上,還好沒有摩擦出血;忘了戴太陽眼鏡,真糟糕;寄物前忘了把咖啡罐拿出來,一直找不到,進站補給有點卡卡的!
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 會場在安排高鐵展覽館內,交通算是方便,前一晚先到台中住宿;起跑前下雨,還好會場在室內,但出發前下雨、寒冷,著實很虐心~路線安排進入成功嶺、望高窟,真的很不錯,而且每個轉彎處都有工作人員、警察導引,成功嶺內也有很多阿兵哥幫忙導引、加油;補給很不錯的喔~看到很多水果、運動飲料、水、食物充足,還看到四隻烤大豬,但我也只是喝水、運動飲料、橘子....其他都沒動XD,這場2024春季百馬頒獎,人算多的了,只是和鎮西堡同一天,也分散了一些人,大腳丫辦的路跑賽算是很不錯的,明年可以再參加~
