平地馬,但左機蓋、右大腿後側肌肉還是抽痛,感覺有痛楚感有增加,該好好面對這個問題了。2K去上了廁所,浪費了些時間,最終是438如期完成,如果可以減重5K該有多好!唉唉~
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 會場略嫌狹小,可能是報名人數太多有關;接駁車太晚到,610起跑540多才到,很驚嚇、很匆忙;流動廁所不夠。路線也有點單調,好處是都平路,有經過高美濕地、大風車、小村莊,算是不錯!但是11-30K這段折返沿途常有大貨車經過,和跑者的距離很接近、近身,感覺危險。交管還算普通;不給不算是太好,有吃到水餃、丸子等,運動飲料、水、沙士、可樂沒有缺,冰淇淋之類的就PASS沒有拿。整體算是一般的賽事~
