| 超變態的一場馬拉松,超抖的坡和超熱的天氣,很難跑!
一早來到外木山漁港,看到清澈的天空就知道將會是一場艱困的馬拉松,果然6點半起後太陽也如影隨形的跟著,寸步不離,九月秋老虎發威伴著數千人在基隆外木山情人湖間奔跑,
今天的策略是跟著感覺起跑,中間再視天候與自身狀況隨時調整,果然起跑後右臀部卡卡酸酸的,於是速度放慢,不久在一陣上坡下坡後,這感覺被身體其它的酸痛感所取待了,但是還沒有到不適的感覺,所以跑起來還頗OK的!
第一趟的山路全程都在跑動中回到起點,展開第二趟的路程,這時花了2個小時整,心中暗駡變態馬拉松,起伏也太大了吧!第二趟進山後一個大上坡就開始變成步兵了,但是只要身體稍平復後,就跑動起來,不可以走太久,會沒有鬥志和力氣,接下來的路程就在跑走中完成。
