全馬撞正不適日子,本來已唔樂觀,仲要後半程都兜頭曬,21k後已覺乏力,不斷跌速,更加曬到有啲暈,要喺水站停低連飲幾杯先好啲,去到36k就開始作抽筋,38k堅抽,全部跌出6分外,要靠心中狂爆粗,維持意志力先捱到返去。。
p.s.心率中途又short…
