| 原本想當個盡職的配速員,除了晚到起跑點又加上天黑,無法找到要跟車的跑友,一出發跟著集團衝出,發現自己配速有點過快,一直提醒自己降速 降速,不過過了半馬後配速降到4:30/km,還是沒有人在身邊,索性就自己維持4:30/km配速,直到最後1.5K前方有兩位跑友,想說還有力氣就認真衝一下最後1.5K,進終點站後才發現都是與我同組,分組名次又前進2名,又再次意外撿到總18 分2(失職的配速員)。 賽後評分: 賽道分流可以再順暢些,賽後補給還需加強。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 126~154 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 154~173 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 173~179 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 179~190 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 190~195 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為195 點此去設定最大心率 |
