里程又多了1k!
丘陵地形,上上下下,天氣又很熱,起跑前碰到鐸訓,說要一起跑,但可能我跑太慢了吧!10k後我就看不到他的車尾燈~
今天本來就預計保四就好,所以跑起來還算輕鬆,在31K折返前刷過小戴姐,可能熱爆了吧!玲君姐很厲害,上週才跑完橫台246K,今天速度依舊,我一直在她後方約200m處,就這樣順順的跑回終點了~
賽後有跑友問我,為什麼我每一場都能那麽輕鬆優雅,面帶笑容跑完呢?什麼,這是假象,我很認真,我很認真,我很認真跑,所以說三次~
