台北市kent weng 跑在台七線的林蔭和煦陽下真的好舒服
但起跑4K後不知什麼原因左腳背和腳掌整個麻麻的
左腳使不上力,直到上坡結束才好一些
後面長下坡更是快不起來,一直被超車@@
一直以來都不怎麼會跑山路長下坡
跑姿很不流暢
往後得要好好練習
明年有機會再來挑戰

賽後園遊會場的小吃很有原住民特色
但是都沒有素食餐點
