三上三下華山
第一段先上升坡度約10%的陡坡
第二段再長緩上坡400米
中間路段雖然較緩但無遮蔽,天氣熱到開始撞牆
第三段31K再爬200米後陡下坡回劍湖山,真的很陡,難怪跑友稱前一場他里霧馬像是在爬山
主辦單位真的辦的很不錯,能讓跑者感受到主辦的服務和用心,山路馬雖然硬斗,但過程確是相當愉快的!
