休息十天了...
結果跑到第四圈,左小腿還是開始有疼痛感!!
看來,只有休息是不夠的~
不過,還是堅持完成1小時自在跑的練習!!
在跑到33分左右,寒流似乎發威,開始下起雨點,
然後,雨愈變愈大,操場的人也慢慢減少,
仍要繼續完成今日的自我訓練!!
