雖然再快個3分鐘就可以破PB,但不能怪沿途太豐盛的補給耽誤時間,主要還是自己平時訓練仍不足
不過,倒是第一次跑馬,半馬也好,全馬也好,全程無抽筋。回家後雙腿雖然也有些小痠痛,但上下樓梯已不像一年前的初馬,唉唷唉唷一直叫了XD
雖然進步的幅度很小,但,應該確實還是有進步的~ 賽前宣言: 衝著漂亮的衣服和完賽獎牌,殘殘又給它報下企了。
