雲林蔡智宏(瞎跑團) Day 142 (幸運拿到分12)
難忘的第二馬~初馬太熱,這次也沒好到哪去,下雨、颳風、偶而還出點小太陽,有了初馬經驗(爆衝+抽筋),起跑後速度放慢,接著跟了幾位步伐穩健的前輩跑,在15K及30K時各吞了1包能量包,補給站東西很多但只有吃香蕉沾鹽巴及飲料(這次啤酒只喝到一口,可惜),雖然汗流得不多,但過30K後小腿仍舊有抽筋的感覺,速度漸漸撐不住了,但仍堅持不停下腳步,後段陸續被女總前3名刷卡超車(好強的續航力),終點前轉角看到拱門時間顯示3:29,突然感覺好不真實喔,原來瞎跑也可以跑進330,分組因超過300人,故名次取至12名頒發獎盃,也讓我幸運撿到一次上凸台的機會﹐算是一次難得的經驗。 賽前宣言: 離家近 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
