適合跑步的天氣,雖然起跑5K後太陽就露臉了,但還算乾燥,微風還有點涼涼的,。比起去年好跑得多了。一個月後的大賽快到了,為了怕受傷,不敢盡全力衝所以跟著體感跑,賽前設定6:30秒的均速,完賽時間也在自己的預期左右,重點是平安完賽就好了。
