拜氣溫所賜 第一次全程用跑的完賽
不過真的很冷 腳完全熱不開 跑的很不舒服
最後 還是要向鎮西堡的勇士們致敬啊!
[檢討心得]
1. 回終點後直奔救護站冰敷,在那邊跟物理治療師聊了一下
感覺真的要多做重訓了! 四頭肌跟核心肌群太弱了
2. 雨衣要剪裁好。這次跑到20k左右時,右腳後方突然倒了一大盆水,後來想想應該是我雨衣都是把下擺綁起來(聽說是要剪掉下擺?)所以積水太多後整個倒到小腿上,不知道這跟我35k後小腿開始有抽筋感有沒有關係?
3. 這次全程吃能量包(因為全都過期了 XD)13k、20k、30k、35k處各吃一包,所以進水站只喝運動飲料跟少量的香蕉。不知道是不是這樣的關係,所以這次到35K才開始有抽筋感?而趕快補了一包後,除了37K處因為想加速而有點抽外,後面都很順的跑完

而且沒有地方可以躲風換衣服
