雲霧中穿透出陽光
去程上坡15K幾乎維持6~7分速
下坡10K則抓在5.5分速
看到達娜伊谷的美真的很值得
回程的10K則讓我吃盡苦頭
右大腿四頭肌隱約有抽筋的感覺
只好慢下來當步兵舒緩不適
回到阿里山公路檳榔攤補給完
就以約5分速的速度回到龍隱寺
最後以5:52跑完這場自助超馬
