| 這天像是做了一場整整13個小時的大夢,夢裡我與大家跟隨著如來佛法雲遊五指群山,白天與黑夜、上山及下海,過程嚐盡酸甜苦辣;時而結伴而行、時而獨自前進,唯一的目標就是使出渾身解數,即便走不動了、孤單寂寞了、想躺下來了,還是得短暫的拉拉筋及伸展極限再不能極限的肌群後繼續前進。
迷迷糊糊的搭上這班如來100式的末班車,結果6月受傷到8月,9月才開始與傷共存備賽,果然兩個月的備賽期實在是不太足夠的,但也完成了今年意料之外的第二場百k,也算是明年二刷鎮西堡的前哨戰。

想分享的心得很多但真的要自己體驗過才深刻2024如來100式已開報😆 賽前宣言: 順利完成! 賽後評分: 一、可惜沒有登錄正式賽事。二、跑完覺得路線指示只做到80%,路線猶疑時跑者必須倚靠下載的離線地圖。三、補給站相隔超過10k有點太遠,以致於跑者必須保險一點多背補給。四、入夜後山區昏暗,只能靠頭燈、手電筒照明。以上除了賽道路線五上五下非常具挑戰性外,加上困難重重的條件,應該是百k賽事裡數一數二難度高的賽事了。 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~144 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 144~162 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 162~168 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 168~178 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 178~183 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為183 點此去設定最大心率 |
