台中Chief Lunger 原本在奮起湖100k後就沒安排賽事了
在去年11月與東勢Jo愛兆夜跑團團報前幾年代言全馬沒跑成的神岡馬,這次也約了歐利一起挑戰久違的全馬,沒想到一口答應👍
在歐利確定要自我挑戰後~
三週前才完成100k的我,超級樂觀異想天開的給自己訂了一個高標315完賽😅
(前半馬95分後半馬100分)
然而上週辦完THU間歇學院戶外教學大團練後,開始喉嚨發炎再轉咳嗽症狀,看診吃藥一個禮拜了喉痛、夜咳不見好轉,甚至做好棄賽的最壞打算。
今天的策略就是避免夜長夢多,深怕後段因感冒體能流失太快,所以配速、補給皆按原計劃跑,還好之前百k的鍛鍊還在,中途只能趁四下無人之處邊跑邊咳一波過過癮,最後在感冒的侵襲折磨、體力、天氣等等皆不利的條件下
完成了「神岡馬拉松」42k,居然還一路闖進310總八進場。
同時也算是彌補了2020年代言神岡馬拉松
因為疫情爆發而取消實體賽事的遺憾~
