連續第三屆參賽鎮西堡100k
今年賽前34小時又嚴重閃到腰傷!真是我的鎮西堡魔咒;星期五晚上很平常的彎腰動作又閃到腰了,當下痛到連走路都有問題。因為有去年的前車之鑑,所以今年雖然慘事重演依舊很懊惱緊張,但我知道只要好好處理應該還是可以參賽;特別感謝小童介紹診所,隔天一早立馬處理。
運動人生就像探索頻道不斷地尋求突破極限!
努力在哪裡、成就就在哪裡!並且保持不屈不饒的態度方能更上一層樓。
2016年的霸王級寒流讓鎮西堡100k瞬間成了極地超馬,那時的我剛進場不到3年,我就像個無知的少年無法想像及體會那神人境界,能站上鎮西堡的頒獎台更何其遙遠;如今鎮西堡已屆10年,我也進場10年,除了持續設立目標向前邁進,同時也分享經驗給夥伴們,這次能站上頒獎台驗證了只有累積沒有奇蹟,有志者事竟成💪
備賽期間一路走來要感謝的人很多,我都放在心裡了。當然最要感謝的還是老婆,連續三年從備賽到當天的等待,沒有她的支持陪伴很難有今天的成果❤️❤️❤️
