從小在陽明山長大,但懂事之後搬下山,跑步以來就很渴望參加一次家鄉馬,去年舉辦時強碰賽事,還好今年續辦,二話不說報名去!
這場爬升高達1500m(官網),雖然每位跑友的數據都不大一樣,但難度是不變的。近來非常打混的我,決定上坡不硬來,保留體力應付之後20K的超長下坡,果然湊效!後面還能爽爽開5分初,平安順利再下一馬,完成家鄉馬心願💪🏻
