新北市DakotaDe 大概5公里, 還蠻順的.. 新北市DakotaDe 回終點囉, 裝一下XD 跑馬3年, 第30馬完賽
跑爛了, 11月後都沒把月跑量拉到200以上, 也鮮少做LSD, 想說靠著先前的累積, 應該可以應付, 但跑馬真的沒這麼簡單
跑步是很誠實的運動, 有練就有, 沒練就無, 上次在三蘆途中爆掉, 就大概找到原因了..@@
