好像都是只有半馬的體力,後半馬都幾乎會採取步兵型式,我該怎樣練後半馬呢???
賽後檢討:
前半馬應該還可以快一點,有把握可以維持在6分速,但就是怕後段無力會掉速,一直ㄍㄧㄥ著,結果前半馬沒跑進應有的速度,後半馬又沒力跑,我是不是在講『幹話』。
